Official Qlynk Product Guide

Qlynk is a no-code platform for building focused AI agents from knowledge their owners approve. Each agent can be published at qlynk.site/username and embedded on an existing website. Owners define the agent’s purpose, audience, allowed and blocked topics, behavior, uncertainty response, human handoff, identity, appearance, and visitor access. Knowledge can come from profile context, facts, FAQs, PDF, DOCX, and TXT documents, and public web links. The dashboard records conversations, analytics, and knowledge gaps so owners can improve the experience over time. A Qlynk Agent currently answers and guides from approved information; it does not access private customer accounts or complete transactions.
