By accessing or using Qlynk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
Qlynk provides a platform for users to create AI-powered personal ambassadors ("Qlynk Agents"). The service includes tools for training the AI, hosting a public profile, and analyzing interactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Qlynk cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
The Service offers a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. Paid plans begin only after you choose a paid subscription through checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Qlynk, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.
Qlynk Agent responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. They are not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for the content and instructions supplied to your agent, for having the rights and permissions needed to process that content, and for how you use or rely on generated responses. You must not configure an agent to impersonate another person deceptively or make decisions that require qualified human judgment.
Agent type and rule customization cannot override Qlynk's platform safeguards, access controls, usage limits, or prohibited-use requirements. We may refuse, rate-limit, or record privacy-minimized security events for attempts to bypass those controls or use a scoped agent as an unrestricted AI service.
Agent owners may receive messages and contact information submitted by visitors. If you operate an agent, you must handle that information lawfully, provide any notices required for your use case, and use it only for appropriate purposes. Qlynk's Privacy Policy explains the platform's processing and service providers.
Qlynk reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
